The data are provided in one comma-separated values (csv) file containing concentrations of the detected molecules in the aerosol samples, determined using FIGAERO-HRToF-CIMS. The filter samples are referred to as F1 – F13 (Filter #1 – Filter #13, where F6 was not analysed by FIGAERO-HRToF-CIMS but kept for other analyses and thus not included here).
##### Data file structure and content
* *Column 1:* Chemical formula of fitted compound with reagent ion (iodide, I-) included.
* *Column 2:* Mass-to-charge (m/z) ratio [amu] in the mass spectrum of the fitted peak.
* *Columns 3 – 14:* Molar mass-weighted signal per sampled volume of air [kg/m³], NOT atmospheric concentration) of F1 – F13. The signal was obtained by subtracting the instrument background of each sample and an average background of the field/handling blanks. Empty fields correspond to values below LOD (7.06e-22 kg/m³).
* *Column 15:* Median signal of all filters (same unit as F1 – F13). Only values above LOD were included in the median.
NOTE! Only formulas with FilterMedian signal above LOD are found in the file.
