There is also a separate csv file that provides a summary of the structure of the data file, including the explanation of each column heading and units. Character set: Unicode (UTF-8). The aggregation process was done clipping the raster/shapefile data over shapefiles of the catchments in Rstudio, using different procedure depending on the type of dataset (e.g., raster or county-scale shapefiles), and averaged every 5-year between 1988 and 2012, e.g., 1988⁠ – ⁠1992, 1993⁠ – ⁠1997, etc. See Scaini et al.
