In my PhD project, I study the bio-optical water quality in the Baltic Sea with special focus on Himmerfjärden area. I performed field work at Askö during spring seasons 2014 and 2015, focusing on the external drivers affecting the water quality. In connection with the international inter-calibration workshop at Askö in May, I would be able not only to compare my methods to others but also collect a valuable water quality dataset with an overpass of Sentinel-3. This would be a continuation of my previous research in Askö and linked to previous studies by Remote Sensing group at Stockholm University.
