Centennial-scale sediment records of organic matter supply and degradation status from the East Siberian Sea
Lisa Bröder, Örjan Gustafsson
Bulk properties (organic carbon content, nitrogen content, mineral surface area, stable and radiocarbon isotopes), as well as biomarker concentrations (lignin phenols, cutin acids, CuO oxidation derived short-chained fatty acids, solvent-extractable long-chained n-alkanes and n-alkanoic acids), vegetation (C/V, S/V) and degradation proxies (Sd/Sl, Vd/Vl, 3,5Bd/V, CPI) for two sediment cores (15 and 17 cm long) from the East Siberian Sea.
