Petter Hällberg generated the Diatas and Singgalang data and curated all other data. Guillermo Jarne Bueno generated the Padang data and Yolanda Schankat generated the lake Maninjao data. Julia Steinbach assisted with the analyses. Hamdi Rifai and Caroline Bouvet de la Maisonneuve were responsible for the collection of the Diatas, Padang and Maninjao samples and aided in obtaining the Singgalang samples. [Rienk H.
