The number of each peak code indicates the wavenumber at which it is located. The spectra were obtained using a CARY-630 FTIR (Agilent Technologies) in the mid infrared (wavenumbers 4000 to 400 cm⁻¹) region with a 4 cm⁻¹ resolution. Absorbance peaks were identified and extracted using the [andurinha R package](https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/andurinha/) (Alvarez Fernandez and Martinez Cortizas, 2020).
