We report INP concentrations per unit volume of water (where the particles from each impactor stage were suspended in water) and also the normalised INP concentration per unit volume of air, where the INP concentration in the MART headspace was normalised to the average total ambient aerosol particle concentration during the campaign. \r\n\r\nThese experiments were designed to explore if the bubble bursting in various water bodies is a source of atmospheric INPs in the Arctic.\r\n\r\nA marine aerosol reference tank was deployed aboard the Oden icebreaker during the Arctic Ocean 2018 expedition during August\u200a\u2013\u200aSeptember 2018 to study sea spray aerosol (SSA) generated from locally collected surface water.","citations":"J.
