Interagency and international collaborations included the US National Science Foundation (NSF), The Ocean Melting Greenland (OMG) project of US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the British Antarctic Survey, University NAVSTAR Consortium (UNAVCO), the Polar Geospatial Center (PGC), the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat, and the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland. The Swedish Polar Secretariat and US National Science Foundation (NSF) supported the expedition logistically and financially. ##### Participants ###### Co-chief scientists * Martin Jakobsson, Stockholm University, Sweden * Alan Mix, Oregon State University, USA ###### Expedition work package leaders * Geophysical Mapping: * Larry Mayer (University of New Hampshire) * Martin Jakobsson (Stockholm University), Kelly Hogan (British Antarctic Survey) * Water Column Imaging: * Larry Mayer (University of New Hampshire) * Kevin Jerram (University of New Hampshire) * Seismic Reflection Profiling: * Katrien An Heirman (Aarhus University) * Per Trinhammer (Aarhus University) * Sediment coring: * Joe Stoner (Oregon State University) * Sediment physical properties: * Joe Stoner (Oregon State University) * Sediment chemical properties: * Maureen Davies-Walczak (Oregon State University) * Sediment Biological properties and stratigraphy: * Anne Jennings (Instaar, University of Colorado Boulder) * Laurence Dyke (Oregon State University) * Physical oceanography: * Andreas Muenchow (University of Delaware) * Celine Heuzé (University of Gothenburg) * Sea level history (Terrestrial): * Alan Mix (Oregon State University) * Ice retreat history (Terrestrial): * Shaun Marcott (Oregon State University) * Ice Shelf Drilling: * Keith Nicholls (British Antarctic Survey) * Paul Anker (British Antarctic Survey) * Arctic Islands (Terrestrial): * Fredrik Dalerum (Stockholm University) See more information at the [Swedish Polar Research Secretariat](https://polarforskningsportalen.se/en/arctic/expeditions/petermann-2015). 2021-11-04T14:44:09+00:00 English 1
