Nordic network NordicESM at MISU, Stockholm University

As promised, here is some practical information about our upcoming workshop at Stockholm University on 78 March:

A) Registration
We hope to see as many of you as possible at the workshop! Everybody who intends to attend needs to register no later than 10 February. You need to submit the following information in your e-mail:
 Full name (as in your passport)
 Indication of whether you need a hotel room or not, and whether you are sharing a double room with someone (see hotel info below)
 Indication of food allergies, if any

B) Meals, travel expenses
We will cover lunches on both days + dinner Monday night for all participants.
We will cover hotel (1 night) + air tickets/train tickets for all invited participants (SC members, invited speakers), and additionally for 1 person per institution. Other participants need to cover their tickets and hotel stay by other means.

C) Hotel
Julia Linde has made a block booking (25 rooms) for us at Elite Hotel Arcadia, which is conveniently located one subway stop from the University. The price is: 1258 SEK per night for 1 person or 1458 SEK per night for double occupancy. These prices include breakfast and VAT.

When you register, please let Julia Linde know if you would like to stay at this hotel, as well as whether you are paying yourself or we are.

Note that in order to obtain this rate, you must register no later than Wednesday 10 February.
