RA 8 Workshop at Tovetorp

The resources that will be available for RA 8 during the period 2017–2021 primarily includes 400 000 SEK/year to support smaller projects, and about 2.6 million SEK/year during the 5-year period, which will be devoted to new PhD- and post-doc positions.
 
Applications for the PhD/Postdoc money should submitted in two steps:

In the first step, we expect applications that outline the planned research on one A4-page. These should be submitted by April 1, at the latest.

The outline should include collaborators, research questions and novelty, strategy for data collection.

All submitted applications will then be discussed at the Tovetorp meeting on April 19–20. At least one of the senior applicants should attend the Tovetorp workshop.

The meeting at Tovetorp will start at 10.00 April 19 and end at 14.30 April 20. The first day will be allocated to present and discuss all projects. In the evening we continue with informal discussions. During the second day, we will focus on discussing potential links between projects, possibilities for collaborations, mergers, extensions, developments etc.
