Town Hall Meeting for Arctic enthusiasts

Town Hall Meeting to present the endeavor and first results of the expedition 2018
– North Pole, Arctic climate with a focus on aerosols and clouds

Time: 26 March 2019, 14h00–17h00
Venue: Högbomsalen, Geoscience building, Stockholm University

Last August and September 2018, we went to an exciting expedition to the North Pole to study the Arctic climate with a focus on aerosols and clouds. Within the Bolin Centre (RA2) and the KAW's ACAS project (Arctic Climate Across Scales), we are now organizing a Town Hall Meeting to present our endeavor and first results to all of you. The goal of this meeting is to get interested people at Stockholm University and the Bolin Centre informed and involved (e.g. modelers).

Preliminary schedule:

1.:00–15.30 Presentations from SU and partner scientists who participated on the expedition.

15.30–16:00 Fika

16.00–17.00 Discussion (followed by a voluntary pub visit).

If you are interested to participate, please sign up here (so I can adjust the amount of ordered coffee):

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or would like to get involved!

Kind regards
Paul Zieger
