Instructions for participating in the Bolin Days 2020

The Bolin Days 2020 makes scientific discussions possible in a virtual manner. We will use Agorify, a hybrid event platform, as well as Zoom, a cloud platform for video and audio conferencing. Please make sure to have the Zoom client downloaded, with at least the Zoom 5.0 update. Agorify will be the main stage of the Bolin Days, and all you need will be found here i.e. the poster exhibition, Zoom links to all the sessions, breakout sessions and virtual mingle. Speakers and participants will be offered many opportunities to interact with each other and there will be multiple functions for an active involvement for all participants. Welcome to find out how here.

Please register (Deadline to register: November 23 at 23h59)

We ask everyone who will participate in the Bolin days (session chairs, speakers, poster presenters as well as regular attendees etc.) to please register. All who have registered, will receive an event code and a link to Agorify via e-mail prior to the Bolin Days.

Instructions for speakers

All sessions will be on Zoom. The audience will follow the event from home or their office and are therefore challenged with distractions. We have gathered our best tips to make sure that you have what you need to prepare an intriguing presentation. Please find our suggestions and templates below.
