Black carbon concentrations and carbon isotope signatures for three sites in China, January 2013

The dataset includes concentrations, stable carbon isotope signatures (δ¹³C) and radiocarbon signatures of elemental carbon (EC - thermal-optical tracer of black carbon) for samples collected in China in January 2013. The samples were collected at Wuqing (near Beijing), Haining (near Shanghai) and Zhongshan (near Guangzhou).

Data description

The data is collected in an Excel file. Two different sheets are included, one with metadata descriptions, and then one with the measurement data. The data includes fine particulate matter (PM2.5), elemental carbon (EC) , organic carbon (OC) concentrations, and δ¹³C and Δ¹⁴C signatures of EC.
