Research funders generally require a data management plan (DMP) for all funded projects. Stockholm University provides central support for how to write a DMP, including an online tool with a template for the Bolin Centre.
The Stockholm University research data management team has developed a DMP template for VR-projects, SU-VR. This template can be found on the platform DMP Online.
Note that as a SU employee, you have access to both the DMP template from VR (free text) and the SU-VR template (mostly tick-box answers). The SU-VR template includes specific information about repositories, juridical and ethical guidelines, archiving and the template is machine readable.

To access the SU-VR template you have to tick "No funder associated with this plan or my funder is not listed" in the step "Create a new plan".
The SU-VR template is developed at SU (opendata@su.se) and can be adjusted according to the needs of the researchers. That could include having an option for adding data to the Bolin Centre Database.
When sending your DMP for review by the head of the department, please use the official address to the head of your department.
